There are two adventures that are so fantastic that we’ve scheduled them to run back-to-back to allow riders a chance to experience all the west has to offer. The American Southwest and Wonders of the West adventures give our guests the perfect blend of history, beauty and freedom of a region that should be experienced by every rider.

MotoQuest has developed two itineraries that will get any enthusiast excited about riding! Starting with the Wonders of the West, riders better be ready to experience iconic destinations handpicked throughout parts of Nevada, California and Arizona.

After riding the Wonders of the West adventure you can boast to your friends that you’ve been to the lowest point in North America – the Badwater Basin in Death Valley. What about the incredible feat of engineering that is Hoover Dam? Right after that you’ll be rolling on the pavement of iconic Route 66, with a stop at Oatman. You’ll skirt around the L.A. area on the tops of mountains, make a stop in Lake Arrowhead, and cap things off with a traverse through the curves of Angeles Crest Highway.

The Wonders of the West gives you a taste of the expansive western landscape, while the American Southwest adventure will take you even further with its call to experience vast topography in Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Colorado. We start with the Grand Canyon, which is a surefire must see on most people’s bucket list, but the adventure doesn’t stop there as you guide your motorcycle through the world famous Monument Valley.

As we move into Colorado, you’ll have time to ponder the extraordinary Mexican Hat rock before riding the scenic Moki Dugway through the Valley of the Gods. If you thought that was spectacular, just wait until you are in the midst of Utah’s Natural Bridges National Monument and breathtaking Zion National Park.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – photos just don’t do it justice. Being in the midst of these spectacular natural monuments is awe-inspiring. One person that gets to do it over and over again is our guide, Dan Patino. While he enjoys the riding aspect of an adventure, Dan gets most excited to share his love for the region with a new group every spring and fall. We asked him to try and give us an overview of the region. He’s always up to the task when talking about the American Southwest, and you can click on the photo below to hear what he has to say.

If you can’t join us this Fall, start planning now for our Spring 2020 trips or even Fall 2020. You can find all our future dates below.
