Planning on hitting up this year’s BMW MOA International Rally in Salt Lake City, Utah? MotoQuest will be there!
We’re very excited about this year’s rally for several reasons. First, the state of Utah is a treasure trove of motorcycle riding. Dozens of National and State Parks and Monuments are just a day ride away, and you’ll surely come back to camp reinvigorated by the abundant natural beauty. Second, it marks the Rally’s return out West after a few years in the MidWest and back East. Finally, we’re eager to share our stories with fellow adventure riders, hopefully providing some inspiration and know-how to help them plan and tackle their next great riding trip.
Alaska and Beyond –Â Phil Freeman
MotoQuest Founder and Alaska native Phil Freeman will be kicking things off on Friday morning with a presentation and Q&A session about MotoQuest’s home state. Join him in the Bonneville room at 10:30AM for a visual tour through this great state and get some tips on planning and pulling off a motorcycle adventure anywhere in the world.
Ride Japan with MotoQuest – Phil Freeman
Next, Phil will host riders in the Wasatch room at 11:45AM on Saturday for a visual odyssey through Japan. Get some insight from Phil’s extensive riding experience in this beautiful country with topics covering the baths, the roads, the culture and the geography of this incredible island nation.
A MotoQuest info tent will be set up in the festival area as well throughout the weekend, so be sure to stop by for a chat about exotic riding destinations and more. Hope to see you there and happy riding!
