We’ve got a craving for long, curvy roads, seemingly endless beaches, and… did someone say “tacos?” All symptoms of Baja-itus. It must be going around because we’re getting an awful lot of inquiries from our riders about when MotoQuest is heading back to Baja.
Why are so many people jonesing to explore this particular Mexican peninsula on two wheels? Picture yourself riding through stunning desert scenery, along curves hugging serpentine coastline, over rugged mountains and into welcoming communities. Perhaps the day starts with an incredible sunrise over the Sea of Cortez with dolphins playing at dawn, or maybe it ends with a dazzling sunset over the Pacific Ocean.
The temperature is comfortable. Meals are mostly casual, often served with handmade tortillas. After you take off your helmet for the final stop of the day, there’s a beverage in your hand… maybe it’s a margarita with fresh squeezed lime juice, or a chilled Mexican beer. Everything about this moment is pure bliss.
Baja balances the combination of rustic and refined experiences from one stop to the next in such a way that you’ll likely want more. The natural elements of the terrain and the friendly people who call it home are why we are excited to return with you as our guest.
